Circular products
Every product designed to circulate: kept in use, then remanufactured and recycled.
Our ambition is net zero climate impact across the entire value chain by 2040, a decade ahead of the Paris Agreement. These are the numbers behind the journey: emissions, energy, materials and waste, measured year on year.
Every product designed to circulate: kept in use, then remanufactured and recycled.
Net zero greenhouse-gas emissions across scope 1, 2 and 3.
Producing at least as much renewable energy as we use, year after year.
Greenhouse-gas emissions across scope 1, 2 and 3, tracked against net-zero paths. Between 2024 and 2025 we cut our climate impact by 10%, a 47% total reduction since 2019, from approximately 12 000 to 6 500 tonnes CO₂e.

Scope 3 (purchased materials and logistics) accounts for over 96% of the climate impact, and is where the steepest reductions are being made. Calculated per the GHG Protocol; scope 3 categories 7 and 15 are not included. Scope 1 & 2 are reported together, in line with our 2030 reduction target.
Life-cycle analysis across the majority of our products shows where the impact truly sits. Every phase could contribute, but raw materials and components, mainly metals and textiles, drive the overwhelming majority of the climate impact.
The five life-cycle phases of a product, where impact could arise.
The calculated split for a product’s climate footprint. Materials dominate.

Geothermal heating and 4 400 rooftop solar panels support energy use at the factory in Nybro. Since 2022, the factory has produced more renewable energy than it uses. Manufacturing accounts for only around 2% of a product’s climate impact.
| Measure | 2020 | 2021 | 2022 | 2023 | 2024 | 2025 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Energy used | 1 181 | 1 307 | 1 350 | 1 300 | 1 270 | 1 180 |
| Energy produced | 1 117 | 1 007 | 1 550 | 1 380 | 1 287 | 1 363 |
| Net production | −64 | −300 | +200 | +80 | +17 | +183 |
Net production turned positive at the factory in 2022 and has stayed there. In 2025 the whole group reached net-positive for the first time.
Production waste is down 45% since 2019 (from 557 to 306 tonnes) through tighter material use, off-cut recovery and design that wastes less by default. It rose again in 2025 with higher production volumes.
Production waste in 2025 versus the 2019 baseline. It rose in 2025 on higher output; the long-run trend remains clearly downward.
Renewable materials are only circular when sustainably produced. The share of FSC®-certified wood in our products climbed from 34% to 99% in three years: traceable timber for almost every frame we make.
of wood used in 2024 carried FSC® chain-of-custody certification, up from roughly a third in 2021.
Our mission is to keep products and materials circulating in the economy, aiming for every product to be circular by 2030. Designed to be magnetic, demountable and repairable, a board can be maintained, moved, resold and eventually remanufactured.
A circular product is made from renewable or recycled material, built to last and be maintained, and designed to be taken apart, so parts and materials can be reused, remanufactured or recycled, and kept in the loop with nothing designed to become waste.
Retake is our free take-back service for Edge floor and table screens, running in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Six simple steps take a screen out of service and route it to a second life.
Register the product and quantity to be returned.
We reply with options and a collection plan.
Date, scope and logistics are agreed.
Products are taken down with care for reuse.
Feet and fittings removed; screens stacked on a pallet.
Lintex organises transport onward to remanufacturing or recycling.
Available for standardised sizes manufactured after 2013, minimum 10 screens per take-back. End users remove feet and fittings and palletise; Lintex organises transport. Retake covers take-back and logistics; refurbishment of returned products is handled separately through Redress.
Our products should empower the people who use them: through learning, creativity and better work. We grow by making them better and reaching further, but that growth never comes at the cost of anyone in our value chain.
Our home is Nybro, in Småland, a region built on craft and enterprise. Our employees bring generations of experience from making Swedish art glass, flat-pack furniture, textiles and cars. That knowledge informs the boards we build.
of our products are made there, in-house, keeping skills, quality and working conditions under our own roof.
Our targets follow the Science Based Targets initiative, and our figures are third-party verified through standardised tests and Environmental Product Declarations. The systems behind them are independently certified. We hold a near-term climate target approved by SBTi (Science Based Targets initiative). We publicly report our climate impact in scope 1, 2 and 3 annually, calculated according to the GHG Protocol.
