Whistleblowing

Last updated · August 12, 2026

01Purpose

A workplace free from misconduct

Lintex shall be a workplace free from crime, corruption, discrimination, harassment and other types of misconduct. To learn of misconduct, present or past, Lintex has a confidential and secure reporting channel for people who have or have had a work-related relationship with the company, for example employees, contractors or suppliers.

Lintex investigates and acts on suspected misconduct, and makes sure whistleblowers are properly protected.

02When to report

When misconduct is suspected and there is a public interest in it coming to light

You do not need proof of your suspicion, but every report must be made in good faith.

The report is handled confidentially. All irrelevant personal data is deleted, and information is kept only for as long as necessary.

03How to report

Through the reporting channel

lintex.visslan-report.se

Operated by Visslan and handled by an independent third party. Always open, in writing or by audio file.

Feedback on measures planned or taken

You may stay anonymous throughout the process without affecting your legal protection. After reporting you receive a sixteen-digit code to log in and follow your case. Save it: without it you cannot reach your report.

Your identity, if you share it, is kept confidential and is not disclosed without your consent unless the law requires it. Retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith is prohibited.
